Cindy Scholz is a seasoned real estate advisor, entrepreneur, and philanthropist with deep expertise in working with family offices, private equity-backed portfolios, and institutional capital. As the Global Head of The Family Office Division at Compass and founder of The Family Office team, Cindy specializes in residential acquisitions, strategic repositioning, and global executive relocations.Her clients range from leading financial institutions, including LivCor at Blackstone, where she led a $680M acquisition that grew to more than $1B in value within 18 months, to multi-generational family offices, private wealth managers, and UHNW individuals with diverse real estate portfolios.
Cindy brings over 20 years of real estate experience and was one of the founding agents at Compass. Over the years, she has developed a reputation for navigating complex transactions with a strategic lens and a deep understanding of long-term portfolio growth. Her work often intersects with capital deployment strategies, asset preservation, and legacy planning within the residential real estate space.
Beyond her transactional success, Cindy is an active voice in New York’s tech, art, and impact investing communities. She co-founded Women of Compass, now a network of over 5,000 agents championing female wealth building through homeownership and advisory access.
